Trouble Shooting Emails
go to your browser (Internet Explorer, firefox, Chrome, Safari) and type in your website address like: www.pjsfood.co.za
Internet connection problems
Different providers offer different services. To connect to the internet you need 2 services: line connection and ISP (Internet Service Provider). Often these 2 services are offered by the same company.
Test your internet connection:
- type in www.fnb.co.za - if this does not load then you need to contact your ISP (Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, Afrihost, Axxess, Mweb). You may have run out of data or there is a connection fault. There is nothing that Mahoonas can do to help.
- If the website www.fnb.co.za loads, then go to your website. If your website does not load then switch off your modem or pull out your 3G dongle. Wait 2 minutes and then try again. If your website loads then there was a problem with your IP address and it is now fixed. If it still does not work then there is a problem on the Mahoonas side. It may be that the server is performing an automatic backup or it could be that you have been inadvertently blocked from our server. We will be able to fix this quickly. [contact server admin and tell them to clear their server firewall, when done contact the client to check if fault persists.]

For List9.co.za domains use Outgoing server (SMTP) 26, for all JCW hosting clients use Outgoing server (SMTP) 586. Rather get clients to remove emails from the sever after 7 days.
